Enrollment Information |

To enroll, email us your request for your choice of classes. We will confirm the availability of placement in your requested class. Print the enrollment form and bring completed form with your $15.00 enrollment fee (per student) to the dance school. Class size is limited. Enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis. |

Once a dancer pays for 5 hours, he/she can take an unlimited number of classes per month at no additional charge Additional family members pay half price! Monthly payments (10) are due on the 1st of each month. A late fee of $5.00 will be assessed if the payment is not in our office by the 10th of the month. Semester payments (2) are due on September 15 and February 1 and reflect a 5% discount over the monthly tuition rate. Yearly payments made no later than September 30 reflect a 10% discount. Tuition is based on the entire school year September 2011 through Recital in June 2012, allowing for holidays listed below. Holiday schedule: Labor Day-Sept. 5, Thanksgiving Break-Nov. 21-27, Christmas Break-Dec. 19–31, Spring Break-April 2-7, Memorial Day-May 28 |
