CONGRATULATIONS MATS TEAM!

Our MATS Team competed in the first meet of the season on Sunday, November 13. Congratulations to Alyssa Guadagnano who was awarded 5^th place in her division!

 

The Winter MATS meet is scheduled for Sunday, February 5. Entry forms are due December 15 and practices begin on January 10. Stop by the office for more information.

 

RECITAL COSTUMES

All recital dance and acro costume fees for our annual June recital are due on December 15. Costumes that have not been paid for prior to Christmas break will not be ordered. Late costumes ordered after Christmas will cost $10 more per costume due to additional shipping charges and are not guaranteed to arrive before recital pictures in May.

 

CHRISTMAS PERFORMANCE                                 

We will have our annual Christmas dance performance on Thursday, December 22 at 7:00 pm at William Chrisman High School. Parents will receive emails/notes regarding costumes or clothing students will be wearing for their routine. Students will need to arrive at William Chrisman by 6:30 pm. They will go directly into the auditorium and sit with their class. Parent volunteers are needed to assist with each class during the show. Please let us know by December 15 if you would be able to assist with your child’s class.

 

Please invite your relatives and friends to attend our show. There will be an admission charge of $2.00 per person for the use of the facility. In additions, we are asking for canned and non-perishable food donations that will be given to those less fortunate this holiday season. All items will be donated to the Community Services League.

 

REMINDER…

In the event of severe weather, we will determine by 4:00 pm if classes will be held that evening at the dance school. Parents are asked to call the studio any time after 4:00 pm to find out if classes have been cancelled. Whenever possible we will send an email to inform you of cancellations due to weather.

 

Full monthly tuition is due each month and is not discounted for holidays or missed classes. Some months you child may have 5 classes, others 2 or 3. In the event classes must be cancelled due to inclement weather, make-up classes will be scheduled in the spring.

 

CHRISTMAS VACATION

Cathy’s Creative Dance School will be closed December 24-January 1 for the holiday. We wish everyone a blessed and joyous Christmas and Happy New Year!
